Judd Trump and Dave Gilbert are tied at the top of BetVictor Championship League Snooker Group 6 having both won their opening three games at Morningside Arena, Leicester, with live coverage is available on a host of betting websites and on zhibo.tv, one of the biggest sports streaming platforms in China.
World No.1 Trump is best placed at the top of the group having conceded just three frames so far. He opened his account for the tournament with a 3-1 win over John Higgins before repeating that result against Mark King and Mark Williams.
Gilbert has notched up wins over Joe Perry (3-1), Williams (3-2) and Dott (3-2). Higgins has two wins from three games, including a victory over Williams after the Welshman missed two match balls at 2-1 up.
Williams and Dott have also both won twice, but have each played four matches. Mark King is propping up the table after losing all four of his games, while Joe Perry is also yet to register a win but has only played three games.
BetVictor Championship League Snooker is a venture between Matchroom Sport and Perform where 25 of the game’s elite players compete for their share of a total prize pot of up to £205,000. RASSON BILLIARDS provide the official tables of the tournament.
Each of the seven players faces each other once in the round-robin group stage, after which the top four players in the league table progress to Thursday evening’s play-offs. The eventual group champion advances to Winners’ Group in March with the remaining players who finished in the top five during the league phase continuing to group three later this month, where three new players join the tournament.
The bottom two players in each group phase are eliminated. All matches are best of five.
