Judd Trump and Neil Robertson are tied at the top of the BetVictor Championship League Snooker Winners’ Group table with three wins each at the end of the first of two day’s play at Morningside Arena, Leicester.
Trump’s 127 against Anthony McGill was his 700th career century, his 85th of the season, and he ended the day on 701 thanks to a 123 in his final frame to win the same match 3-2. Live coverage is available on a host of betting websites and on zhibo.tv, one of the biggest sports streaming platforms in China.
Scott Donaldson and Anthony McGill both have two wins from four matches, while Stuart Bingham and Graeme Dott have both won one of the three fixtures they have each played.
Gary Wilson’s chances of finishing in the top four appear slim as he is yet to win in four matches played, with each player schedule to play six fixtures.
The 2020 BetVictor Championship League Snooker winner will be crowded tomorrow evening after the top four in the round-robin group stage advance to the play-offs. The eventual winner will take home a £10,000 bonus and guaranteed entry to November’s Champion of Champions.
BetVictor Championship League Snooker is a venture between Matchroom Sport and Perform where 25 of the game’s elite players compete for their share of a total prize pot of up to £205,000. RASSON BILLIARDS provide the official tables of the tournament.
